On March 9, 2023, employees of subordinate institutions of the Department of Culture of the Minsk City Executive Committee were awarded based on the results of work for 2022. The participants of the event had a tour of the jubilee exhibition of paintings and drawings "Leonid Shchemelev - THE MIRROR OF THE EPOCH", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of People's Artist of Belarus Leonid Shchemelev.
